It is not financial, credit, tax, legal or building advice and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Designs, images and inclusions
Designs, floor areas, inclusions and images are indicative only and supplied by our builder partner. Photos may show display homes with upgrades, landscaping, furniture and decor not included in a standard build. Designs and specifications can change without notice. Your quote and building contract set out exactly what is included and are the only documents you should rely on.
Our role
Build in Perth introduces buyers to our builder partner and helps them through design and quoting. Homes are built by our builder partner, a registered WA building contractor, under a building contract you sign directly with the builder. We are not a party to that contract.
No guarantee of availability or price
Nothing on this site is an offer. Availability, pricing and timeframes are confirmed only in a written quote or contract.
Intellectual property
The Build in Perth name, logo and site content are ours or used with permission. Design names, plans and photographs remain the property of their owners. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
